Join bot manually

1. Navigate to the Call Recordings page.

2. Click the “Join Call" button to open modal.

3. Enter meeting information:

• Meeting name

• Join URL (Zoom or Google Meet)

• Call duration

4. Click the "Join now" button.

5. Wait 30 seconds after the bot connects and begins recording.

During the Meeting

The bot will quietly record in the background, capturing:

• Full video and audio

• Chat messages

• Screen shares

• Participant interactions

After the Meeting

Once the meeting ends, our system automatically processes the recording and provides:

• Video Recording

• Meeting Transcript

• Participant Information

• AI Summary Generation
