Upcoming meetings need specific requirements to appear in Distribute. The system only displays meetings that contain video conferencing links for Google Meet, Zoom.
Distribute works with Gmail calendar, but will only show meetings that include these virtual meeting links. If you notice some calendar meetings are not appearing, it's likely because they don't have an associated video conferencing link.
